Concrete Capital Construction was established in September 2020 and formally incorporated in October 2025. The company specializes in renovation and restoration services for homeowners. The organization's primary operational areas are Hoboken and Jersey City, New Jersey, with a strategic emphasis on properties constructed between 1850 until now.

Its CEO, Victor Encarnacion, has a bachelor's degree in Finance and an MBA from Babson’s Olin School of Business.
